1.Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

4.Account Registration

To access the full range of maxim88 Services, you must register an account. The following conditions apply to the registration and maintenance of your account:

• You may hold only one account with maxim88. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are strictly prohibited regardless of whether different email addresses, payment methods, or devices are used. All duplicate accounts will be closed and all balances — including any winnings — forfeited without notice.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and must update your account details promptly should any information change.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. maxim88 is not liable for losses or damage resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• You must not share your account or allow any third party to access or use your account. All activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been carried out by you.
• KYC verification will be required before withdrawals are processed. maxim88 may request government-issued identification, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method at its discretion.

5.Deposits

maxim88 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the payment methods displayed on the platform, which may include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong, subject to availability at the time of transaction.

• All deposits must originate from a payment account or instrument held in the player's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited.
• Minimum deposit amounts are as published on the platform and are subject to change without prior notice.
• maxim88 does not accept cash deposits under any circumstances.
• Deposits will generally be credited to your account balance within the timeframe specified for the selected payment method. maxim88 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• maxim88 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be connected with fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activity.

6.Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of real-money balances subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method in the player's own name. maxim88 will not remit funds to a third party under any circumstances.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. maxim88 reserves the right to place withdrawal requests on hold pending satisfactory completion of identity verification.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to minimum and maximum limits as displayed on the platform at the time of request.

8.Game Rules & Fair Play

In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms & Conditions, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to game-specific matters.

• All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical dealing/spinning in audited studio environments.

• In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game round, maxim88 reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to players.

9.Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the maxim88 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or at any subsequent time.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players in any game, including sharing cards, hole-card information, or coordinating wagering strategies.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, advantage play, or exploitation of software vulnerabilities.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the platform if you are subject to a self-exclusion order from maxim88 or any other gaming operator or authority.
• Accessing the platform if you are under 21 years of age.

10.Account Suspension & Closure

maxim88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• maxim88 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity associated with the account.
• The account holder requests account closure.
• The account holder has self-excluded or applied for a cooling-off period.
• Continuation of the account would expose maxim88 to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.

Where an account is closed at maxim88's discretion due to breach of these terms, any balance held in the account — including both real-money and bonus funds — may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's request, real-money balances will be returned via the player's registered payment method subject to standard KYC and withdrawal procedures.

11.Responsible Gaming

maxim88 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps can be set from your account dashboard.
